On April 17th, our company successfully achieved the RBA-VAP Silver Status, showcasing our accomplishments in social responsibility and sustainable development.

The RBA is a social responsibility audit standard for the electronics industry, assessing companies' ethical and trade compliance performance to ensure adherence to legal and internationally recognized labor standards. This includes prohibiting the use of child labor, forced labor, discrimination, and unfair wages. Additionally, it requires companies to provide a safe working environment, comply with environmental protection regulations, respect employee rights, and establish an effective ethical trade management system.

To ensure the successful completion of the certification process, since the commencement of self-certification work, our company's Human Resources Administration Department, Environmental Health and Safety Department, Procurement Department, Equipment Management Department, Manufacturing Center, Quality Center and other relevant departments have proactively established RBA certification management teams to comprehensively oversee the preparation for certification. During this period, these departments collaborated closely and the System Office diligently organized mobilization meetings and conducted audit pre-reviews to establish a solid foundation for the audit process.

From March 26th to 29th, SGS (certification body) conducted a four-day audit of our company. After conducting in-depth and comprehensive reviews of labor, health and safety, environment, ethics, and management systems, we successfully passed the RBA-VAP audit and obtained Silver Status. This status serves as an affirmation of our company's management and operational standards while also recognizing our commitment to environmental protection, employee welfare, and business ethics.
