Recently, Jiangsu factory, together with Ruisi consulting team, held a kick-off meeting for the project “Main Business Flow from Factory Perspective: Process Framework Design and Construction Counseling”. Han Zhiwei, Vice President of PCB, Yu Yuanhua, Deputy General Manager of Strategic Development Dept, Sun Junjie, Special Assistant to the President and Leader of Meizhou New Factory Construction Execution Group, Liu Shunyi, Director of Procurement Management HQ, and members of the Jiangsu Factory Process Architecture Design and Process Construction Project Team attended the meeting. This plan meticulously details phased objectives, specific tasks, and the overall timeline for process development.
To ensure the smooth progress of the project, the company clarifies the team structure and implementation mechanism of the project according to the project plan. During this process, Ruisi team serves as project consultants to provide theoretical support for project implementation, clarify the specific direction of project development, and designate guidance consultants in different fields at various stages of project development.

After 30 years development, we have gradually formed a certain scale and volume.
